Meet our real reindeer Sven and Oaken nestled in their cosy barn.
While spending time with them, you have the chance to feed them lichen, a special treat they relish during the holiday season! Allowing you to connect with these cherished symbols of Christmas and create unforgettable moments with nature’s most beloved sleigh-pullers!
However, to ensure their well-being, we provide limited amounts of lichen per day.
We are proud to offer SEN (Special Educational Needs) Sessions for families who prefer a quieter and more accessible experience during our Santa’s Enchanted Christmas event. These specially designed sessions ensure that everyone can enjoy the festive magic in a supportive and relaxed environment.
Please note that while the SEN sessions have reduced capacity and sensory adjustments, the main site will operate as usual, including music and standard visitor numbers.
For the SEN sessions at Santa’s Enchanted Christmas, we kindly ask that you apply for a Nimbus Access Card or Digital Access Pass (DAP) to access our “Essential Companion” tickets. You can find all the information about the Nimbus Access Card and how to apply here: ACCESSIBILITY PAGE
This process will apply to our Christmas “Essential Companion” tickets, so if you haven’t registered yet, we recommend doing so as soon as possible to ensure eligibility. Please note that qualification for the Essential Companion ticket is determined by Nimbus Disability, not us. Thank you for your understanding!

The spirit of Christmas has brought Santa and his Magical Elves to Bluebells Farm Park. These gifted Elves run the North Pole’s wondrous Bear Workshop!
This year, they share their enchanting talents with the children, guiding them in crafting their very own cuddly bears filled with Christmas magic!
Take your newly created bear home with you to cherish forever!
In this magical, interactive show, children will help guide our festive husky mascot through snowy paths and playful obstacles to complete an important Christmas mission.
Team up with our playful Christmas Elf to help a very special reindeer complete an important festive mission. With plenty of giggles, games, and magical moments along the way, it’s a heart-warming experience that’s bursting with Christmas cheer!
Head over to our Alpine Bar for a warming pitstop! Fill your bellies with our delicious, homemade hot chocolate made from our own cow’s milk!

Create magical reindeer food to leave outside on Christmas Eve for Rudolph and his companions to guide Santa’s sleigh!
A heart warming tradition of joy and giving that fills Christmas Eve with enchantment!
The experience will last approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes and includes a variety of activities such as a show, creative tasks, refreshments and a seated session with Father Christmas. Each activity lasts approximately 15 minutes.
Warm yourself up around the fire as you toast Marshmallows and create unforgettable Christmas memories!

We went for the Santa experience, My mum is disabled and 80, the elves were amazing, every one super nice and trying to help my mum. it’s like they’ve found actual elves. to say they do that all day, every day, it didn’t feel like that. great staff and a lovely time had by all. well done guys and girls
Absolutely brilliant Christmas event. All the team were dressed up, full of enthusiasm, they're absolute credit to you guys. Staff really involved with the kids and made it so much more personal. My daughter has a lot of sensory issues and she handled this trip out beautifully thanks to the interactions we had. Beautifully decorated and just the right amount of festive fun. 10/10 will be back next time! Best holiday event we have visited.
It was the first event we’ve been to at bluebell today and they put on a fantastic Christmas event. Our original booking was cancelled due to bad weather but to reschedule was so quick and easy and they gave us plenty of notice it was closed. Getting the children involved and excited in each room, all the way up to the last room to see Santa was great my son loved making his toy and then to make it more personal with Santa saying something about your child just added that special touch. I’ll definitely return next year!
Payments are required to be made manually. You will need to create an account to pay your deposit and manage your remaining balance, or you can call our office for assistance. Please note that the deadline for payment is September 30, 2025. If we do not receive the payment by that date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
Yes, but please note that deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit.
Tickets for Santa’s Enchanted Experience are non-refundable once payment has been made in full. However, we will do our best to accommodate a rescheduling request to an alternative date, subject to availability and capacity limits. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may not always be possible.
Santa’s Enchanted Christmas is suitable for all ages, with Characters suitable for all ages tall and small!

Sorry, we cannot accommodate pushchairs in the experience. For the comfort and convenience of all guests, we recommend bringing a baby carrier for children under 1 year old. A designated area is available for pushchair storage during your visit.
We can accommodate whellchairst, but please be aware that there are loose surfaces and raised thresholds. We do not recommend motorised wheelchairs.
Under 1’s are free but please select the “under 1” ticket when booking.
If you would like a present and create-a-bear for your under 1 then please book a child ticket.

The experience lasts in the region of 1 hour 15 minutes-1 hour 30 minutes
The experience is a group tour-led event lasting approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please arrive at least 30 minutes before your booking slot. You’re welcome to arrive as early as 9:30 AM to enjoy the farm and other facilities before your tour begins.
The time on your ticket is your experience time, so please don’t be late. WE ADVISE YOU ARRIVE ON SITE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEOFRE YOUR TIME SLOT. We also advise that you make your way over to the Father Christmas Experience NO LATER than 5 minutes before your time slot.
PLEASE NOTE, this is usually a sell out event and so if you are late we will be unable to move you to a different timeslot. Instead we will slot you in to the experience with the rest of the group for your time slot and you are likely to have missed part of the experience
You are welcome to arrive at the farm anytime BEFORE your timeslot.

All areas of the farm will be open dependant on the weather. Please note that at this time of year some of our paddocks will be empty and the animals will be in their winter housing.
Animal activities and the tractor ride are not running at this time of year.
The animal patch is open, but please be aware that at this time of the year some of the animals are in their winter housing so there may be some empty paddocks.
The bouncy Pillow is open unless there is extreme weather
The main Cow to Cone Play area is open, but the smaller junior play area is closed

We usually sell out for this event, so to avoid disappointment, we heavily recommend you pre-book your tickets.
If there are any timeslots left than we will sell them on the day.

Sometimes when an event has high demand and lots of people booking at one time, your confirmation email may take a little while to come through, as long as you get to the completion screen where you have a unique order reference, your booking is secure, if in doubt, log into your account on our website, and you will see your booking (if you have successfully made one) in your bookings section.

The whole event is undercover and heated so it can still continue even if it is wet and windy outside.
We always do our best to make sure that everyone gets to see Santa and it goes ahead whatever the weather. The only time we cancel is if the conditions are unsafe. We have only had to do this once in the entire time we have been running the event. In the unliekly event it does happen then we will endeavour to resschedule you to another day.
We may have to shut areas of the farm, if the weather is unsuitable, but the event goes ahead as long as it is safe to do so.
We do price Santa’s Enchanted Christmas based on the event itself, enjoying the rest of the farm is an added bonus during this time of the year
