Policies, Terms and Conditions

  • Rainy Day Guarantee:
    • A voucher will only be issued if you have attended your booking
    • Vouchers will be issued if we get 1 hour of continuous rain during our opening hours (10am to 5pm)
    • Weather conditions will be recorded by Bluebell Dairy and our decision will be final.
    • If the management decide to issue rainy day vouchers we will be in touch with you within 1 week, there is no need to contact us
    • Vouchers will be issued by email, nothing will be given out on the day
    • The Rainy Day Guarantee cannot be redeemed during special events, including Fireworks, Halloween, Easter and Christmas.
    • Should it rain on your return visit, tickets will not be transferable and you will not be entitled to a further Rainy Day Guarantee.
    • No cash alternative is available, tickets cannot be sold.
    • The Rainy Day Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
    • Vouchers must be used within 2 months of the original visit date. No extensions will be given. Please note if the rainy day gaurantee is issued for a specific event it will only apply for that event and you will only be able to use it during that event.
    • If you lose your voucher code we will not be able to issue a replacement
    • Rainy Day gurantee does not apply to free tickets. Including free tickets offered as part of any promotion
    • Rainy Day guarnatee does not Apply to Christmas, Fireworks, Pumpkin Picking, Date with a difference, Halloween, Toddler Pumpkin Picking, Torchlit Pumpkins, Easter or any other Special Events. It only applies to general entry
  • On arrival please have your tickets ready, before joining the queue to minimise waiting time. Please present your ticket to our team in the payment cabin to receive your wristbands
  • Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your timeslot. You will not be able to enter if you arrive early. However you may use the café facilities before your arrival into the park.
  • You may stay for as long as you like after your slot
  • We are operating on a card payments and contactless basis only
  • These tickets are non-refundable.
  • These tickets are non-transferable and can not be re-sold or passed on to a third party
  • We can move your bookings for a charge of £2 per a chargeable ticket. At least 24 hours notice is required. If you choose a date with a higher ticket price you will be required to pay the difference as well as the ammendment fee.
  • To move your booking please call us on 01332 673924. In the event that no-one is available to take your call then please email us at events@bluebelldairy.co.uk. On the email please provide your booking number, the date and time you want to move to and your phone number. Without this information we will be unable to move your booking.
  • Each ticket includes a £1.50 non-refundable booking fee, in the event of a refund this would be deducted from the amount returned to you
  • Remember you are on a farm. It is essential to wear clothing and footwear that is appropriate for the season! Stay waterproof and warm, boots/wellies are essential
  • When taking part in Alpaca Walking, closed toe shoes must be worn in order to take part.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the booking due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • We reserve the right to close attractions or alter the activity timetable at short notice.
  • If the booking is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, where possible, we will postpone until another date of our choice. However, Bluebell Dairy Ltd will not be liable for any other costs incurred
  • Women who are or may be pregnant are potentially at risk of acquiring certain infectious diseases (toxoplasma/Chlamydophila abortus/listeria) from pregnant livestock including sheep and goats.
  • All our livestock comes from a flock/herd where no problems regarding the above have been recorded. As an extra precaution if you are pregnant do not touch the lambs or goat kids.
  • Adoptions bought online can take up to 1 week to process.
  • You will not be able to use your Adoption until you have received the pack
  • To arrange an animal activity with your animal please contact us as advised in your adoption pack
  • We are not responsible for any delays, losses or damages, once we have dispatched your adoption pack.
  • Each adoption is for a term of 12 months, with the option to renew at the end of this period.
  • Our animal collection is always evolving and regrettably with old age or ill health some animals do pass away. If your adopted animal is withdrawn from our farm you will be given the opportunity to choose another animal for the remainder of your adoption year. However, refunds are not given.
  • All Adoption packs purchased are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not for resale. Refunds cannot be given if adoption is cancelled mid-term.
  • Animal adoptions does not offer free all year round entry, but you will receive a set amount of free passes based on your package.
  • You will need to contact us prior to your visit to arrange your one to one activities, it will not be possible to arrange on the day.
  • You will receive a written invitation when we host an adopter’s day. We are unable to reschedule this event, offer alternative dates or provide alternative options due to an individual’s circumstance. Not available to bronze adoptions.
  • We cannot guarantee that the animal that you have adopted will be on show at the time of your visit as they have areas to go to for privacy.
  • We reserve the right to refuse admission and/or cancel adoption without refund if anyone does not adhere to our visitor code of behaviour.
  • Any complimentary admission tickets issued with your adoption pack are only valid for the date stated on the ticket. These tickets are only valid during our standard opening times and are not valid for admission to any special events.
  • If a soft toy of your chosen animal is not available, a substitute animal will be offered
  • Orders placed after 16th December are unlikely to be received before Christmas Day

Eligibility:
The Summer Boomerang Pass offer is valid for all visitors who book and visit Bluebells Farm Park between 25th July and 3rd September 2025.

Free Return Ticket:

  • Each paying visitor will receive one free return ticket, valid for use until 30th September 2025.

  • The return ticket will be emailed the day after your visit (at 11am), with a unique single-use promo code.

  • Free return visits are for entry onlyno extras (such as calf cuddling, animal food, or event activities) are included.

Booking & Redemption:

  • Return visits must be booked online only using your promo code.

  • You must present your original entry ticket at your return visit.

  • Free return tickets cannot be redeemed on the door without a pre-booked time slot.

Identification:

  • You may be asked to provide ID to verify your original booking.

Non-Transferable:

  • Free return tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

  • Only the original ticket purchaser can redeem the return visit.

Validity:

  • The return ticket is valid for one return visit only, and must be used by 30th of September 2025.

Limitations:

  • Offer subject to availability and daily capacity limits.

  • If we are sold out and you have not pre-booked, you will not be admitted.

  • This offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

  • If your original visit is refunded, your return ticket becomes void.

Amendments & Cancellations:

  • Bluebells Farm Park reserves the right to amend or cancel the offer without notice.

  • No extensions or compensation will be given in the event of park closure due to unforeseen circumstances.

Conduct:

  • All visitors must follow Bluebells Farm Park rules. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of your return ticket.

Acceptance of Terms:
By purchasing an entry ticket and participating in this offer, you agree to all the above terms.

Lock in 2024 Prices

We’re offering an exclusive chance to lock in 2024 prices for Santa’s Enchanted Christmas 2025!

  • 50% Non-Refundable Deposit: Book by 31st January 2025 and secure your booking with a 50% non-refundable deposit.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid by 30th September 2025.
  • Non-Payment: If the balance is not paid by the deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, and the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Tickets for Santa’s Enchanted Experience are non-refundable once payment has been made in full. However, we will do our best to accommodate a rescheduling request to an alternative date, subject to availability and capacity limits. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may not always be possible.

Important Arrival Information

  • Arrival Time: Arrive at least 30 minutes before your booking to allow time for check-in and getting to the entrance.
  • Santa’s Entrance: Be at the Elf Check in no later than 5 minutes before your booked time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated due to high demand.

Additional Information

  • Farm Conditions: Certain areas may be closed depending on ground conditions.
  • Dress Code: Please dress appropriately for farm conditions—boots or wellies and warm, waterproof clothing are essential.
  • Pushchairs: Sorry, we cannot accommodate pushchairs in the experience. For the comfort and convenience of all guests, we recommend bringing a baby carrier for children under 1 year old. A designated area is available for pushchair storage during your visit.
  • Wheelchairs: Welcome, but motorised wheelchairs are not recommended due to ground conditions.
  • Tickets: Must be presented upon arrival, either printed or on a phone.
  • Reindeer Welfare: Reindeer may be removed from public viewing if their welfare is at risk. Refunds or exchanges will not be offered in this case.
  • Dogs: Only assistance dogs are allowed on-site.
  • Child Supervision: Children remain the responsibility of their parent or carer at all times.

Changes and Cancellations

  • Non-Refundable Tickets: Tickets cannot be refunded, resold, or transferred to a third party.
  • Booking Amendments:
    • Can be made with at least 14 days’ notice for a fee of £1 per ticket.
    • If moving to a date with a higher ticket price, the difference must also be paid.
    • To amend your booking, call 01332 673924 or email info@bluebelldairy.co.uk with your booking number, the new date and time, and your phone number.
  • Booking Fee: Each ticket includes a £3.50 non-refundable booking fee, which is deducted in the event of a refund.
  • Circumstances Beyond Control: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

Santa’s Experience

  • Santa will speak to each child. At booking, you’ll need to provide your child’s name and something good they’ve done this year. This information cannot be changed once submitted.
  • The experience is a group tour-led event lasting approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please arrive at least 30 minutes before your booking slot. You’re welcome to arrive as early as 9:30 AM to enjoy the farm and other facilities before your tour begins.

Rainy Day Guarantee

The Rainy Day Guarantee does not apply to Santa’s Enchanted Christmas.

Parties can be booked for a minimum charge of £199.50 (10 children). You may bring less children but the minimum charge still applies
• We can take a maximum of 30 children at one party
• A 50% deposit will be required at booking (non-refundable) with the balance paid 1 week before the date of the party. Failure to pay on time may result in the cancellation of your party.
• The birthday child gets 2 adults with free entry. Each child attending the party can have 1 free adult accompany them. Additional parents can pay on the phone ahead of the party or on the day for entry.
• Any siblings are to be counted as party attendees (under 1’s free) or to pay for farm park entry on the phone ahead of the party or on the day
• Final numbers and dietary requirements should be confirmed 1 week before the date of the party. It is the responsibility of the person booking the party to make sure that we have all relevant dietary requirements.
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks before the date of the party.
• We may need to change activities if we feel that the animal’s welfare would be compromised or if there are adverse weather conditions
• Bluebell Dairy cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to clothing or belongings
• The party space is not locked or supervised during the party and as such parents are responsible for ensuring belongings are kept safe
• Please ensure children are dressed for the weather conditions; we are a working farm after all! In severe weather conditions alternative activities will be arranged if we think it is not safe to be outside. In hot weather please ensure sun cream is applied and sunhats are worn
• The party area is available for 2 hours from the booked time. This will not be extended if you are late
• As we are a working farm and open to the public, we must make it clear that children attending the party must remain under supervision of a responsible adult at all times
• All children are required to use the hand wash station after handling animals
• If we have to cancel a party due to circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavour to rearrange the party for you and offer you an alternative date. If we are unable to find a suitable date then your deposit will be refunded to you.

  • The tickets only apply to standard tickets and not special events.
  • Participants must follow Bluebells Farm on Instagram or Facebook, snap a photo during their visit to Bluebells Farm, and post it on Social Media Platform using the hashtag #BluebellsFarmSnaps.
  • Winners will receive tickets for 2 adults and 2 children for a standard visit to Bluebells Farm. The prize does not include access to special events.
  • These tickets are non transferable.
  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Winners are announced once a week on Instagram and Facebook.
  • If you miss your booking then the booking will be lost and no alternative bookings will be made for you.
  • These tickets are not for resale.
  • We allow a week for the tickets to be claimed. If we have not heard anything from a winner by then, then the tickets will no longer be available.
  • The tickets must be used within 3 months from the date of issue. They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • By entering the competition, participants agree that Bluebells Farm Park may use their submitted photos for promotional purposes.
  • In you cannot attend due to adverse weather, then no alternative date will be offered, unless we have to close the site due to safety reasons.
  • Bluebells Farm Park reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
  • By participating in the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Gift Vouchers
  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
  •  If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card
  • If you return any products you have purchased using a gift voucher, the balance will be credited to you as a credit note and is to be redeemed against subsequent purchases.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you suspect an unauthorised activity, immediately report this to Bluebell Dairy 01332 673924 or email oliver@bluebelldairy.co.uk providing all details including proof of purchase, gift voucher number and a photo ID for verification purposes.
  • Bluebell Dairy reserves the right to cancel a gift voucher if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement gift voucher of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift voucher. The gift voucher remains our property.
  • Bluebell Dairy can vary or replace these conditions from time to time (including to introduce new fees)
  • If you are visiting the farm the admission is by prebooking only. A voucher of any sort does not entitle you to admission if you have not pre-booked.

  • Gift vouchers can be redeemed against all products either online at www.bluebelldairy.co.uk or on site at Bluebell Dairy, Brunswood Farm, Locko Road, Derby, DE21 7AR

 

Free Entrance Gift Vouchers

  • Free Entrance vouchers can not be re-deemed against Christmas, Halloween or Special Events

We offer Essential Companion tickets free of charge to visitors who hold an Access Card with the +1 or +2 symbol. This ensures we can provide the best possible experience for everyone.

Until 31st March 2025 we will still be accepting hard copies (paper copies) of paperwork as follows:

Essential Companions
Essential Companions – Only Visitors who have any of the below documentation are entitled to one free Essential Companion ticket when presenting a paper copy of the documentation on arrival.  The visitor with the disability and any further members of their party will pay full price.  Unfortunately, you will be charged the full, prevailing entry price if you are not able to show a paper copy of your documentation to a member of our Welcome Team on arrival.  Please have the documentation ready. You will need one of the following documents:

  • Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance award letter (dated within the last 12 months).
  • Personal Independence Payment letter (dated within the last 12 months).
  • Letter from GP or consultant (dated within the last 12 months) confirming the need for a full-time carer. This does not need to be a letter of diagnosis.

Please note that for visitors who require more than one Essential Companion we ask that you bring documentation (as above) to support this. If you are not able to show a paper copy of your documentation to a member of our Welcome Team on arrival, you will be charged the full entry price.

  • The tickets only apply to the dates that the event is advertised.
  • If you cannot attend these dates then no alternative will be offered to you
  • These tickets are non transferable
  • If you miss your booking then the booking will be lost and no alternative bookings will be made for you
  • These tickets are not for resale
  • We allow a week for the tickets to be claimed. If we have not heard anything from a winner by then, then the tickets will no longer be available.
  • In you cannot attend due to adverse weather, then no alternative date will be offered, unless we have to close the site due to safety reasons.
Ice Cream Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions
  1. Stamp Collection: Collect 9 stamps to receive your 10th ice cream cone (up to 3 scoops) or tub (125ml) for free.
  2. Non-Transferable: Stamps have no financial value and cannot be exchanged for money or other items.
  3. Visit Limitation: Only one stamp will be awarded per cone or tub purchased. If you purchase 4 cones or tubs on the same day, you will receive 4 stamps.
  4. Card Integrity: Damaged or lost cards will not be accepted.
  5. Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or modify this program at any time.
Christmas Colouring Competition Terms and Conditions
  1. Eligibility:
      • The competition is open to children aged 8 and under at the time of submission.
      • Entries must be the child’s original work. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
    1. How to Enter:
      • Submit entries by post to Bluebells Farm Park, Locko Road, Spondon, Derby DE21 7AR, or via email to info@bluebelldairy.co.uk.
      • Each entry must clearly include the entrant’s name and a parent or guardian’s contact details (name and phone number) on the back of the artwork or in the body of the email.
      • All entries must be received by 11:59 PM on the 25th of November 2025. Late entries will not be considered.
    2. Entry Guidelines:
      • The artwork must be a colouring or drawing submitted on A4 paper or in a digital format if sent via email.
      • Only one entry per child is permitted.
      • Entries cannot be returned and may be used for promotional purposes by Bluebells Farm Park.
    3. Selection of the Winner:
      • The competition will be judged by a panel of representatives from Bluebells Farm Park.
    4. Notification of Winner:
      • The winner will be notified by phone or email on the 27th of November 2025.
      • If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of notification, Bluebells Farm Park reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
    5. Prizes:
      • 4 x Tickets to Santa’s Enchanted Christmas (2 Adults and 2 Children) for two families – so total of 8 tickets.
      • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
    6. Use of Personal Information:
      • Personal data provided will only be used for the purpose of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
    7. Publicity:
      • By entering, participants agree to the use of their artwork and first name in future Bluebells Farm Park promotional material, both online and offline.
    8. Changes to Terms:
      • Bluebells Farm Park reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Promotional Offers – Non-Refundable

These terms and conditions apply to all tickets purchased via third-party websites such as Planet Offers or similar:

1. Non-Refundable Policy

  • Tickets purchased at discounted rates
  • Tickets sold as part of special offers, flash sales, or bundled promotions.

Exceptions:

  • Refunds will only be provided in the event that Bluebell Dairy cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances (such as adverse weather, safety concerns, or operational issues).

2. Ticket Validity and Usage

  • Tickets purchased through promotions must be used within the time frame specified at the time of purchase. Please check your booking details for specific dates.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other dates or events unless expressly stated.
  • Any attempt to resell or transfer tickets without the express permission of Bluebell Dairy may result in the ticket being invalidated.

3. Promotional Restrictions

  • Promotional offers are valid only for the dates and times specified in the promotion.
  • Discounts applied during promotional periods cannot be combined with any other offer, voucher, or discount unless explicitly stated by Bluebell Dairy.
  • Promotional tickets may be subject to limited availability. Bluebell Dairy reserves the right to end promotions early without prior notice.

4. Changes to Events

  • Bluebell Dairy reserves the right to make changes to event schedules, including the timing, location, or nature of the event, in accordance with operational needs.
  • In cases of changes to event details, no refund will be provided unless the event is cancelled entirely.

 

  • Voucher Validity
    This voucher entitles the holder to the experience or product specified and is valid until the date stated on the voucher (if applicable).

  • Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable
    This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products/services.

  • No Cash Value
    This voucher holds no cash value and cannot be part-redeemed or used as part payment.

  • Lost or Stolen Vouchers
    Bluebell Dairy cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Replacement vouchers will not be issued.

  • Single Use Only
    Each voucher is valid for a single use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Booking Requirements
    Pre-booking may be required to redeem your voucher. Please refer to the instructions on your voucher or contact Bluebell Dairy directly for more details.

  • Restrictions and Limitations
    Vouchers are subject to availability and standard Bluebell Dairy entry terms and conditions. Some dates, activities, or special events may be excluded.

  • Voucher Misuse
    Any attempt to reproduce or misuse the voucher may result in cancellation without notice.

  • Amendments
    Bluebell Dairy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

4️⃣ Other Information

  • Entries must be original and relate to the new Bluebell Dairy x Birds Bakery ice cream flavours.

  • By entering, you agree that Bluebell Dairy and Birds Bakery can share your photo/video on their social media and website (with credit given).

  • The decision of the judges is final.

  1. Supervision of Children
    • A supervising adult (aged 18 or over) must accompany any children participating in an Animal Experience. At least one adult per group.
    • The supervising adult is responsible for the behaviour and safety of the children in their group throughout the experience.
  2. Age Restrictions
    • Children must meet the minimum age requirement for each experience:
      • Highland Cow Experience: Minimum age is 10 years old.
      • Alpaca Experience: Minimum age is 6 years old.
    • Younger children may observe from a safe distance outside of the paddocks but must remain with a supervising adult at all times.
  3. Health and Safety Considerations
    • Highland Cow, Alpacas, Goat, Reindeer and Sheep Experiences: These activities are not advisable for individuals who are pregnant due to the size and unpredictable movements of the animals.
    • Pregnancy and Infectious Diseases: Women who are, or may be, pregnant are at potential risk of acquiring certain infectious diseases, such as toxoplasmosis, Chlamydophila abortus, and listeriosis, from pregnant livestock, including sheep and goats.
      • While all our livestock comes from a flock/herd with no history of these issues, as an extra precaution, pregnant individuals should avoid touching lambs or goat kids.
    • Handwashing: As always, please wash your hands thoroughly after touching the animals and before eating or drinking.
    • Closed-toe footwear is required for all experiences.
    • No dogs allowed into the Animal Experiences.
    • No food or drink consuming during experience
    • We are a working farm so please dress accordingly.
    • No pushchairs
    • No food for the animals
  4. Group Size
    • Each experience is designed for groups of up to 5 people, including supervising adults.
  5. Duration
    • All experiences last 45 minutes unless otherwise specified.
  6. Behaviour and Conduct
    • Participants are expected to interact with the animals in a gentle and respectful manner.
    • The farm team reserves the right to end the experience if participants fail to follow instructions or behave in a way that could endanger themselves, others, or the animals. If we have to end the experience, no refund will be given.
  7. Refunds and Cancellations
    • Animal Experiences are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
    • Minimum 24 hour notice of cancellation
    • Missed bookings will not be refunded
  8. Weather Policy
    • Experiences may be postponed or cancelled in the event of severe weather. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative date.

By booking an Animal Experience, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

If we are unable to do the experience with your chosen animal for reasons beyond our control, we will contact you to discuss an alternative animal. If we have to cancel we will offer an alternative date but not refund.
