For three generations, the Brown family has been dedicated to farming at Brunswood, where our roots run deep since 1953. In 2008, we took our love for the land and our passion for quality to the next level by starting our own line of luxury ice cream. Today, our family continues to pour heart and tradition into every batch, ensuring that each scoop carries the legacy of Brunswood and the commitment to excellence that’s been passed down through the years.
Our herd may be small, but they’re nothing short of royalty! Today, we milk just 15 pampered princesses, each one grazing freely in the lush fields surrounding our farm. Every drop of their rich, creamy milk goes directly into making our luxurious ice cream, ensuring that each scoop is as fresh and flavourful as the pastures they call home.
