Meet Real Reindeer – A Truly Enchanting Experience

No Christmas would be complete without Santa’s trusty reindeer, and we’re thrilled to offer your family the chance to meet them in person! Our real reindeer are nestled in their cosy barn, waiting to greet you with their gentle eyes and soft fur. Not only will you get to see these majestic creatures, but you’ll also have the opportunity to feed them lichen, a special treat they absolutely love.

Imagine your children’s joy as they connect with these beloved Christmas symbols, and you can snap some truly heartwarming photos with them. Please note, to ensure the well-being of our reindeer, we provide limited amounts of lichen per day, so be sure to arrive early!

Santa’s Magical Toyshop

This year, the magic doesn’t stop at Santa’s grand entrance. We’ve set up a Toyshop where children can select a gift to take home with them. Watch their eyes sparkle with delight as they choose from a range of toys for all ages, and experience the excitement as their chosen present comes through a cloud of smoke from Santa’s magical chimney. It’s pure Christmas magic brought to life!

Create-aBear-Bear – A Cuddly Keepsake

What could be more special than creating your very own Christmas bear? At our North Pole Bear Workshop, Santa’s talented elves will be on hand to guide your little ones as they make their very own cuddly bear, filled with Christmas cheer and magic. It’s the perfect keepsake to remind them of their visit to Bluebell Dairy, and something they can cherish forever.

2025 Interactive shows will be even bigger and better!

First up is Jack Frost’s Ice Palace – a winter wonderland filled with fun tasks and games. Join Jack Frost on a merry adventure as he enlists children’s help to bring snow to the holiday season! due to popular demand, Humbug the Elf is back! His Secret Sweetie Shed is a bit of a mess this year, and he needs help from all the boys and girls to get it back in tip-top shape. From lollipops that won’t pop to crooked candy canes, there’s plenty of fun to be had as you help Humbug restore order to his shed. Warm Up at the Alpine Bar

After all that excitement, you’ll probably need a little break! Head over to our Alpine Bar, where you can warm up with some delicious, homemade hot chocolate made from Bluebell Dairy’s very own cow’s milk. And while you’re there, why not sit down with your kids and help them write their letter to Santa? Our friendly elves will be on hand to make the experience extra special.

Reindeer Food Making – A Christmas Eve Tradition

One of the most heart-warming traditions of Christmas is making reindeer food to leave out on Christmas Eve. This year, your children can get creative by making their own magical reindeer food to take home and sprinkle outside for Rudolph and his friends. It’s a simple but enchanting activity that adds a sprinkle of magic to your Christmas Eve preparations.

Marshmallow Toasting – A Toasty Treat

No winter event would be complete without the chance to toast some marshmallows over an open fire!
