Oliver had this idea that he wanted to develop the ultimate chocolate ice-cream, so he started his quest. After a long period of time, he emerged from tinkering with his flavours to have produced this perfect example of a Chocoholics ideal ice cream treat.

All of our milk comes from our owns cows who happily graze on our Derbyshire Farm. What sets our ice cream apart is the fact that we use fresh milk and fresh cream. Made in small batches to give a much more intense, creamy flavour and a velvety texture.
