All of our milk comes form our owns cows who happily graze on our Derbyshire Farm. What sets our ice cream apart is the fact that we use fresh milk and fresh cream. Made in small batches to give a much more intense, creamy flavour and a velvety texture.
We aim to use basic ingredients wherever possible. For example, our Devilishly Chocolate is made by melting in chocolate and cooking in cocoa (it smells great!). Our Double Cream Vanilla is made using natural high grade vanilla from sustainable farms and our Strawberries and Cream is made using real strawberries.
Our range of 25 flavours are handmade on the farm and we keep developing them every year. We also have seasonal specials such as Christmas Pudding and Mini Egg that we change with the seasons.
