ou can select the date and time you would like to take part in Santa’s Snowlympics. The experience will last approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. All tickets include entrance to Bluebell Dairy for the full day of your visit.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR VISIT
Tickets also include entry to the farm from 9am to 5pm for the day of your visit.
Areas of the farm maybe closed depending on ground conditions.
For Health and Safety reasons there is a maximum of 1 wheelchair per session.
Sorry, NO pushchairs. A pushcair shelter is provided
Please make sure you are at the entrance to Santa’s Snowlympics at your booked time. We will not be able to move you to a different time.
Please bring your tickets with you either printed or on a phone
Sorry no dogs except assistance dogs.
Children remain the responsibility of their parent or carer at all times. Management reserves the right to refuse admission
COVID GUARANTEE
If we have to close as the result of another lockdown a choice between a refund or exchange will be offered. Refunds will not include the booking fee
This is just in case. We will do everything we can to avoid closure provided we can still put on a safe event.
All tickets include a £1.50 non-refundable booking fee
Carers and Disabled Entry
We are able to accomodate one wheelchair with our wheelchair friendly sleigh.
If you are able to leave your wheelchair for a short time and sit in our regular sleighs then plese select “Disabled No Wheelchair”
Guests entitled to one free carer must present one of the following on entry:
– A valid Blue Badge
– Valid Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance award letter
– Valid Personal Independence payment award letter
– A valid letter from your GP stating the need for a carer dated within the last 6 months.
Unfortunately we will be unable to issue carer tickets without seeing the above documentation.
