Our Pistachio ice cream is made with Sicilian Pistachios. It is a truly sumptuous ice cream boasting a wonderfully roasted nutty flavour, that comes from the exquisite Sicilian Pistachios. 

All of our milk comes from our owns cows who happily graze on our Derbyshire Farm. What sets our ice cream apart is the fact that we use fresh milk and fresh cream. Made in small batches to give a much more intense, creamy flavour and a velvety texture. 

This ice cream is an award winner, which we are very proud of, claiming the Great Taste Award 2014 with 2 stars!
