An intensely flavoured golden ice cream, crammed full of succulent rum-soaked raisins.

All of our milk comes from our owns cows who happily graze on our Derbyshire Farm. What sets our ice cream apart is the fact that we use fresh milk and fresh cream. Made in small batches to give a much more intense, creamy flavour and a velvety texture.
