SAFETY GUIDELINES!

We have continued to offer SAFE days out for our guests throughout the pandemic. As always, we are keen for our guests to immerse themselves in fun and escape everyday life as much as possible (without thinking about the current situation), we still feel it is of imperative importance that our guests and crew feel safe on the park.

We have spent a considerable amount of time discussing the changes from July 19, adopting a phased approach to keep you all safe.

What you need to know before you visit
  • Please do not visit if you are unwell or a member of your family is unwell. If you do so whilst you are unwell you may be asked to leave
  • We are currently operating as a CARD ONLY site, to protect our team from handling cash
  • Please wash your hands regularly and make use of the hand sanitiser points around the park
  • Please check in using the NHS Test and Trace App went entering the Cafe or Play Barn
  • As per Governement advice, we still ask that you wear masks when standing or walking in the cafe, gift shop or play barn. Or any circumstance where a 2m distance  needs to be maintained. We do recognise that some people are exempt.
  • We are still operating on pre-bookings only for entrance to the farm
  • There is no need to pre-book for the cafe
Good to Go Accreditation

“We’re Good To Go” is the official UK mark to signal that a tourism and hospitality business has worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and has a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.

  • We will still be operating at a reduced capacity on site
  • We will still keep a reduced number of tables in our cafe and play barn
  • We will still be operating card payments only policy.
  • We will still have a site cleaner going round maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
