It is valid from 22ndJuly 2023 to 3rd September 2023 inclusive

Does each member of the family need a Summer Pass?

Yes, you need one pass for each person. You can buy multiple passes in one go

Can I just buy one pass and swap it between me and my partner?

No, each person needs their own Summer Pass. Photographs will be checked on entry.

How do I book with the Summer Pass?

Please note that this will only work once sales for the Summer Event have gone live

  1. Click here to go to the bookings page
  2. At the top right hover over the little person symbol
  3. Click “Sign In”
  4. Click the Summer event you are booking for
  5. Under “Members” select each of the members you are booking for and a green tick will appear next to each name selected.
  6. If you wish to purchase tickets for anyone without a membership then you can do so under “additional tickets”. Don’t forget to book tickets here for any Under 1’s or carers.
  7. Then click the “Book Now” button at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions from there on in.
  8. We look forward to welocming you to the farm.
Why can I only book 3 visits?

The Summer Pass allows you to book yourself in (free of charge) for a maximum of 3 dates at any one time for the summer, this stops members overbooking spaces and not turning up. The pass does allow unlimited visits over the summer. Each time you have used up one of your three visits you will be able to book the next one.

How do I add a photo to my account from a mobile device?

Every Summer Pass will require a photo for I.D. purposes. To save time on entry please add your phote before you arrive for your first visit. Every Summer Pass holder will need a photo in order to use their summer pass.

  6. Cclick “My account”
  7. Choose “Membership Details” from the dropdown.

Can I give my Summer Pass to friends or family to use?

No. Your summer pass is non transferable. If an attempt is made by someone else to use your pass, we will void the membership with no refund. Please don’t put us in that position.

How do I get 10% off food and drink?

At checkout please tell the team member that you are a pass holder and they will find your pass. Only the principle card holder can use the 10% off food and drink.

Do I still need to pre-book?

Summer is our busiest time and we would advise everyone pre-books online. We can only guarantee you entry if you have pre-booked

Do Under 1's need a membership?

Under 1’s are free entry and do not need a membership. Please book tickets for Under 1’s online as you normally do.

Can carers buy a Summer Pass

Carers receive free entry with a paying disabled person (or a disabled person with a Summer Pass). So please do not buy a Summer Pass for carers, we can not issue refunds for those that are bought in error.

I can no longer make the booking I have made. What do I do?

Please contact the office on 01332 673924 or email info@bluebelldairy.co.uk and we will cancel your booking. You must lets us know before 10am on the day of your booking. Please note if you make a booking and don’t turn up without giving us notice you may lose your pass.

My password is not working to login to my account what do I do?

If you ahve forgotten your password, firstly trry the Reset Password Link

If that doesn’t work then please contact the office by emailing info@bluebelldairy.co.uk. Please state the full name of the main account holder and the email address on your account.

Will I receive a card for my Summer Pass?

No physical card is necessary.

Do I get free entry to the Dinosaur Event on 26th to 28th August

Our Dionsaur Event is a stand alone event with LIFE size walking dinosaurs and dino shows and activities. As such free entry is not included in the Summer Pass. However your Summer Pass will give you 50% off tickets to our dinosaur event!
